It’s Tuesday, and that means we’ve got a new round-up of ten issues that we all plan to pick out on New Comic Book Day tomorrow — and when I say “we,” I mean me and my colleagues Teresa Jusino and Jessica Lachenal. It’s a light week this week, so we’ve included a few guilty pleasures alongside the usual gems.
It should come as no surprise that Patsy Walker AKA Hellcat makes an appearance in this list, as she does every time there’s a new issue available. In the “guilty pleasures” column, I threw in Wonder Woman #50, because although I may not agree with the Finch’s take on Diana, I still read their issues anyway. Speaking of love-it-or-hate-it superhero stories, what do you think about The Worst X-Man mini-series? Issue #2 comes out this week!
We’ve also got two first-issues to try out in the batch: Doctor Who: Fourth Doctor #1 and Hyperion #1. Both old characters, kicking off new arcs and new adventures.
