Looksmaxxing influencer Braden ‘Clavicular’ Peters brings a dog to his arraignment for alleged SA and pleads ‘not guilty’
Appearances are everything.

Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular appeared at the Orleans District Court in Massachusetts on October 22, 2026, to face serious legal charges. According to Complex, Braden ‘Clavicular’ Peters, 20, arrived at the courthouse with a dog in tow. He entered a plea of not guilty to charges including felony rape, drugging an individual for sexual intercourse, and procuring liquor for someone under the age of 21.
This appearance follows an investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred in May 2025 at the home of his parents. The victim, who was 17 at the time and is now 18, is an influencer named Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza. She alleges that Peters drugged her to the point where she could not consent to sexual activity.
The legal situation involves both criminal charges and a civil suit previously filed in Miami. Mendoza alleges she met Peters when she was 16. She also claims that he injected non-FDA-approved fat-dissolving substances into her face without her permission.
During Peters’ arraignment, the court set bail at $10,000
Peters posted the bail amount immediately. His defense team had filed a memorandum on Wednesday asking for his release on cash bail. They argued that he was not a flight risk and did not pose a danger to the community.
As part of his bail conditions, the court ordered him to surrender his passport. He must also avoid any contact with his accuser and refrain from posting about her online. He had previously shared alleged text messages from her on social media and described her lawsuit as “really petty.”
The presence of the dog during his arrival drew attention. According to reports, the white dog is named Morris and came from the Agora Hills Animal Shelter. Sources close to the team claimed the dog refused to leave the side of the influencer, leading to a last-second choice to bring him along. The animal was not permitted inside the courtroom. A member of his team reportedly took the dog to a nearby Starbucks for a pup cup while the hearing took place.
Ted Williams, a former criminal defense attorney, told Fox News Digital, “I don’t think it’s really out of the ordinary for a defendant to show up at court and the dog is left outside on a leash at a specific location or left with a person.” He added, “There are people who are more attached to their dog than they are attached to a human being, believe it or not, and that may be just his support mechanism – the dog.” Williams clarified that animals are typically not allowed inside courtrooms under normal circumstances.
Peters has built a significant online presence
The influencer has over 1 million followers on his Instagram account. He is known for livestreaming, where he rates the physical appearance of others and offers advice on topics like surgery and fitness. Investigations into the case suggest the victim reached out to him online to create content. The victim alleged that Peters sent an Uber to bring her to his home, where he allegedly provided alcohol that led to her intoxication.
The legal representative for Peters, David Meier, issued a statement regarding the situation. He said, “Braden Peters categorically denies these allegations.” Meier further said, “The fact that these allegations first arose in June 2026 when the complainant and her Florida attorney appeared together at the Chatham Police Department just days before filing an amended civil lawsuit seeking thousands of dollars from Mr. Peters speaks for itself.”
This is not the first time Peters has faced legal trouble. He was previously arrested in Kissimmee, Florida, on battery charges. That incident involved a reported fight between two women at an Airbnb property. The Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office has declined to comment on the current Massachusetts proceeding, citing the pending nature of the case.
Peters appeared in response to a summons rather than being held in jail prior to his court date. The legal process will continue as he faces these felony allegations. The court has placed strict conditions on his activity as the case moves forward.
