  1. TMNT Teaser Trailer Will Debut In April Before Captain America

That's less than two months to start preparing your outraged blog posts

Producer of the TMNT reboot Galen Walker announced today that the teaser trailer will premiere in theaters April 4th before Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Sure, Walker is shamelessly taunting us with a tease for a teaser of a trailer for a movie that won't come out until August, but that doesn't mean we can't be stoked.

  2. Prey 2’s Alive and Well and Living in Wisconsin

Well, well, well. It looks like the reports of Prey 2's demise were greatly exaggerated. The sequel to 2006's Prey video game has been in development hell for some time now -- not unlike the original -- and it looks like there might finally be some light shed on its current status fairly shortly. A teaser site, which looks legit, has cropped up that appears to use the same font as Prey 2's title among other telling signs. Basically, we feel pretty comfortable saying that we'll all know more on March 1st.

  3. Wake Up, Everybody! The Trailer For Star Trek Into Darkness Is Here, This Is Not A Drill

There are days when it's just not worth it to get out of bed. Days when the only reasonable thing to do upon waking is hit the snooze button, draw the blankets back over your head, and roll back over into the welcoming arms of sleep. This is not one of those days, folks, as we just woke up to the just released teaser trailer for Star Trek Into Darkness, and if that's not worth waking up for, we don't know what is. So rouse that sleepy head, put on a pot of coffee and check out what you're in store for next summer -- lava lakes, terrified stares, and no shortage of things exploding, all narrated by a guy who sounds way more menacing and intimidating than someone named Benedict Cumberbatch has any right to. Then click replay and watch it again, because seriously, this looks kind of sweet and now that we're actually recalling how good JJ Abrams first foray into the Trek universe was, getting pumped for this one has officially commenced. In all seriousness though -- if you can watch the trailer after the jump without getting out of bed...we recommend that pretty highly.

  4. Wake Up Right This Morning With New Footage From Game Of Thrones Season Three

Ugh, Monday mornings, right? Yeah, us too. Luckily, we've got the cure for what ails you, unless "what ails you" is working a job you hate for reasons you no longer understand, though you know they once seemed crystal clear. Even is that is the case, though, this spanking-new behind the scenes promo that introduces the people, places and sets of the upcoming third season of Game of Thrones should still manage to kind of take your breath away, or at least let you steal away a fleeting moment or two or your day to hold close, to know as really and truly yours, if always too briefly. For the rest of you who are just having a rough time trundling toward wakefulness this morning, we offer it as a short respite from the first rigors of the workday and a means to occupy those first moments of the day when you aren't really fit to be working, but still need to look like your working. Don't thank us -- we live to serve.

  5. Telltale Games Teases A Mashup For the Record Books

Where do you find common ground between a flash video series and a webcomic that have booth been made into adventure games; an adventure game; and a team based shooter, all of which have been created by three different game developers? Well, we just spent five whole minutes just trying to draw an illustrative Venn diagram, and we can't. But apparently Telltale Games can.

  6. Faux Java 4-ever Trailer Has Emotional Trailer Conventions Down Pat

JavaZone is Scandinavia's biggest yearly conference for software developers. The 2010 Program, which will be held in Oslo, Norway from September 8 to 9 and estimates over 2,000 attendees, is the ninth consecutive meeting since non-profit organizer javaBin was established in 1996. Earlier today, to promote the conference, JavaZone released the full teaser for the mock film Java 4-ever, about a young man who can no longer hide his suppressed love for Java from his orthodox .NET-loving family. Cue dramatic trailer tropes (the good ol' father-dropping-to-knees-in-utter-shock-upon-discovering-son's-secret always gets me), heart-rending music that never fails, and intense Norwegian thespians, and I'm sold. Video after the jump.

  7. Verizon’s Droid X Teaser is Very… Robotic

The Droid X:'s like Lost, Terminator, and that one bit in A Clockwork Orange when Alex first volunteers for the Ludovico treatment, all in fifteen seconds. At least, that's what the teaser uploaded by Verizon Wireless on its YouTube channel--part of a longer advertisement (its script leaked by DroidLife a week ago)--seems to suggest. It is inevitable that we will all turn into droids! The video also confirms the new Droid handset will debut in July. More details are likely to emerge at the Verizon and Motorola press conference on Wednesday. Hit the jump and let the teaser carry you until then.
