Get Your First Look at Forest Whitaker’s Saw Gerrera on Star Wars Rebels

We’ve already heard quite a bit about Saw Gerrera’s reappearance in Star Wars Rebels, where he’ll be played once again, if only in voice, by Forest Whitaker. Now we can see him in action as he was shortly before the time period of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in this clip from his upcoming Rebels episode.

Gerrera joins the animated series on Sunday in the two-part “Ghosts of Gnosis” episode. Coming between the character’s early days in the Clone Wars show and his eventual place in Rogue One, we’ll get to see a Saw on his way to becoming who he was on the big screen and dive a little deeper into his character, even if we don’t quite get all the specifics.
