The film Olive follows “a little girl that transforms the lives of three people without speaking one word.” And it looks pretty cute. You might forget about it, though, if you’re not clued in on one important fact: Olive is the first feature-length film shot entirely on a smartphone. Filmed on a Nokia N8, it’s also the first feature-length smartphone-filmed movie to make it from phone to the silver screen completely independently. Take a look at the above trailer; the cinematography’s pretty impressive given its source.
