Florida woman was told by her boyfriend that his ex was crazy. But after having a child with him, their relationship took a turn for the worse
His mask came off when she had their child.

Jensen (@jensendor) from Florida was enamored with her partner and thought he was everything she wanted. But after they had their child, she claimed his behavior took a turn for the worse.
“My son’s father is an orthopedic surgeon, and one of the first things he told me was how crazy his ex-wife was—how she was abusive, a narcissist,” Jensen alleged on TikTok. Because of the way he told her, Jensen said she didn’t question his story. He allegedly presented himself to be the perfect partner for Jensen.
“In the beginning, my son’s father is everything I thought I had wanted: he was charming, he was attentive, he was affectionate, he was patient, he was loyal,” Jensen said. She added that he also used to talk to her about their future together. He introduced her to his friends and his family, and often traveled with her.
“Looking back, I see how much I overlooked, because I’ve never been in a relationship with a narcissist before,” Jensen alleged. But seeing all the red flags isn’t enough to deter some couples from making lasting, life-changing commitments. One woman had even fought her boyfriend inside the car on the way to their civil wedding, and yet they still pushed through. Jensen, on the other hand, said she wasn’t familiar with “love bombing” and “mirroring” and thought her boyfriend was just head over heels for her.
He was perfect until she had their child
However, Jensen alleged that his perfect image cracked when she found out she was pregnant with their child. Shortly after the revelation, her boyfriend allegedly cheated on her. She alleged that he begged her to take him back and brushed the act off as a drunken mistake. He also allegedly promised it would never happen again and said he was happy to be having a child with Jensen.
“And I gave him another chance, but anytime the cheating was brought up, it ended up resulting in me apologizing to him and feeling like I did something wrong,” she alleged. The pattern would continue. Jensen alleged that whenever she spoke up about getting hurt in their relationship, her partner would lash out, leave, and give her the silent treatment.
But his behavior would allegedly escalate. Jensen said he would start screaming at her. She also accused him of driving erratically during an argument, throwing things next to her head, and breaking glass around her. On the night of her induction, they went to dinner, and they allegedly argued. Her partner allegedly stormed out, and Jensen said she had to start driving to the hospital.
However, he allegedly told her to come back because it “wasn’t a good look” for her to drive alone. During labor, Jensen claimed that he kept getting angry at her because nurses kept coming into the room and were interrupting his sleep. After the baby was born, her partner allegedly left. The nurses noticed and thought he wasn’t being helpful. But the next day, he allegedly came to the hospital with Crumbl cookies to uplift his image.
It got worse
After their son was born, Jensen said that the arguments, cheating, and drinking continued. He also kept working, while Jensen cared for their baby on her own. She alleged he kept going out with friends, went to work dinners, and continued traveling.
During his first Father’s Day, Jensen claimed he cheated on her. When she confronted him, he allegedly threatened to call the police on her and take their son away. It’s not a light threat, as one woman’s allegedly abusive ex called the cops to rip her away from their son. When Jensen flew to New York from Florida with her newborn to be with her family, he allegedly sued her later for custody.
Despite their fights, Jensen was confused by her ex. He allegedly told her he wanted their relationship to work out, but he also spoke poorly of her to others. But after being cheated on multiple times, Jensen knew that she could no longer continue. But getting out wasn’t simple, and he allegedly flipped the script on Jensen and accused her of cheating. He filed an injunction against her, but Jensen said she was never charged.
The court eventually ordered split custody of their son. Jensen still co-parents with her child’s father, and she alleged that some days he is amicable and other days he isn’t. However, Jensen is now firm on her boundaries. She said, “I’m learning that protecting our son doesn’t mean keeping the peace at any cost. Sometimes, it means setting boundaries and protecting my own peace, too.”
