LEGO Announces a Ghostbusters Playset Featuring the New Cast

Out with the old, and in with the new! LEGO just announced a new playset featuring the Ghostbusters of 2016, including likenesses of the characters played by Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth. There’s also a toy of some sort of mysterious monster:

I guess that winged red creature might be the otherworldly force that our heroines will fight in the movie? There isn’t even a trailer out yet, so this might be the closest we’ve come to learning an actual plot point.

And here’s Chris Hemworth’s character Kevin on the motorcycle he’ll be riding, apparently:

I assume he has to ride that thing because there is simply no room for him in the official four-seat company vehicle — which, in addition to including one seat each for all four of the Ghostbustin’ squad, also has doors that open and close. A marked improvement over the original Ecto-1 LEGO set!
