Taco Bell manager allegedly caught pulling at her underwear while handling food, reportedly gets 2-week suspension: “Why is she still employed?”
The photos created even more questions after locals said the reported punishment was only a suspension.

A Taco Bell worker in Marysville, Ohio, is facing backlash after photos shared on Facebook allegedly showed her pulling at her underwear while working near food. The criticism only grew after another local user claimed the employee, who commenters identified as a manager, received a suspension instead of losing her job.
Facebook user Ali Creates brought the accusations to light after sharing a screenshot from the private group Marysville Moms in the Know. An anonymous poster said someone had sent them Live Photos from the Taco Bell on Delaware Avenue that appeared to show an employee adjusting her underwear and touching her backside while working around food.
The anonymous post asked whether customers would still feel comfortable eating there. Ali Creates went further, publicly naming a woman whom she identified as a manager and asking, “WHY IS SHE STILL EMPLOYED?!” Her post refers to both a one-week and two-week suspension, however, so even the length of the reported discipline remains unclear. The Mary Sue has not independently confirmed the employee’s identity, job title, or whether Taco Bell suspended her.
The biggest question is what happened before she touched food again
The photos have elicited plenty of comments about what the worker was wearing, but that is not really the food-safety issue. What matters is whether she touched her clothing or body and then went back to preparing food without washing her hands.
Ohio’s food code is clear on that. Restaurant employees must wash their hands after touching bare body parts and after other activities that contaminate their hands. They must also wash before preparing food or handling clean equipment and utensils.
Taco Bell has also publicly described food quality and safety as a top priority, saying its restaurant protocols address prevention, hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation. The chain has previously said its restaurants maintain specific handwashing, glove, food safety, and employee illness policies. The photos circulating in Marysville, however, do not show what the worker did immediately afterward, including whether she washed her hands before returning to food preparation.
The posts are already influencing some customers. One commenter said she went to Marysville’s other Taco Bell because of the accusations, while another said the Delaware Avenue location would no longer get her money. Ali Creates encouraged locals to share the post, and several commenters questioned whether management had responded strongly enough.

The reported suspension still needs confirmation
The reported suspension still comes solely from Ali Creates rather than Taco Bell. Her post also gives conflicting information, referring first to “a WEEK SUSPENSION” and later asking, “Two weeks? Seriously?” Neither Taco Bell nor any documentation shared publicly has confirmed the punishment.
The Delaware Avenue restaurant falls under the Union County Health Department, which handles food-safety complaints in Marysville. The department says it conducts an inspection whenever it receives a community complaint about a food operation, and those inspections happen without advance notice.
Its online inspection reports are temporarily unavailable while Ohio transitions to a new reporting system, though residents can still request individual restaurant records directly from the department.
At this point, the Facebook posts raise a food-safety concern, but they do not answer the questions that are most pressing. It remains unclear exactly what the employee did, whether she washed her hands before handling food again, and whether Taco Bell actually issued the suspension described online.
The original poster remains anonymous. The Mary Sue reached out to Ali Creates and Taco Bell for clarification and comment. Neither responded by publication, and this story will be updated if they do.
