A woman from Louisiana is sharing her experience of being kicked out of Planet Fitness by an unidentified new employee.
@katehallwilson mentioned in a video that recently, when she was scanning her membership card to enter her Planet Fitness gym, a woman she did not know from before asked her to stop and allegedly told her she had overdue payments. Talking about the moment, Kate Wilson said she was surprised when she received the information, as she had been paying for her black card membership every month and her annual fees. Wilson revealed that she asked the woman how much in dues she had, and the woman mentioned it was 500 dollars.

After a woman at Planet Fitness told @katehallwilson that she owed $500 on her membership card, Wilson asked why that was the case. Wilson claims that when she asked, the woman refused to answer and told her to either pay or leave.
Wilson says that when she pressed further to understand why she owed $500, the woman again refused to reply. After this, Wilson states the woman refused to answer her questions a few more times, which led her to ask why she was being treated with so much attitude. In her video, Wilson mentions that she had a back-and-forth with the woman for several minutes before deciding to leave. She also says that while sitting in her car, her anger grew, and she went back inside.

Wilson says she asked again for clarification about her dues, but the woman refused to answer. Frustrated, Wilson apparently then told her to cancel her membership. Wilson says she warned the woman not to forge her signature, after which, while she waited, the woman brought out the papers to cancel the membership. Wilson concludes her video by saying she canceled her Planet Fitness membership because of this experience.
