Tattoo artist told a man to stay out of her studio. He insisted that the President of Ireland told him he can go in
He didn't want to leave.
Brianne Flood (@brianne_floodx) blocked a man from entering her tattoo studio in Ireland. Despite telling him to leave, Flood said he stayed put and even came up with a strange excuse involving the President of Ireland. She shared the footage online and explained why she was fearful during the encounter.
“I was working on my own this evening in the studio that I’m working from at the moment in Rock Hill,” Flood told TikTok. She was about to close for the night when she heard the front door open. Coming from the back of the shop, she went out to see who it was. A man was standing inside the studio, cowering in the corner and laughing at Flood. The tattoo artist said he had the “smell of drink” on him and that he was swaying back and forth. She alleged that he was visibly drunk.
“I was shouting at him to get out straight away, and he was just laughing at me,” Flood alleged. Despite her command, the man allegedly stayed put until she told him that her boyfriend was going to come out.
“And I was fake calling this fake boyfriend to come out and help me,” Flood said. The man left the premises but stayed outside the glass door. She continued, “I was just holding the door shut and shouting at him to leave.” However, Flood said he stayed for roughly five to ten minutes. She further alleged that he made threats against her, coming up to the door as if he was going to push it back open.

“And he made a fake phone call to the President of Ireland and told me the President of Ireland said I have to let him in to the shop,” Flood said. She claimed the man also told her he was coming back the next day and that he was going to act “different” around her.
Flood said she opened the door and shouted at the man, as there were still people walking up and down the road. She hoped that somebody would come and help her with the man. One woman who happened to pass by started helping Flood, also shouting at the man to leave her alone. Regardless, the man allegedly still wouldn’t budge.
“Couple of minutes later then, two men came around the corner, and they came over to help as well,” Flood said. She expressed gratitude towards the strangers. She continued, “It was only when the man came over that he actually started to walk away.” Although the allegedly hostile man left, Flood claimed that he only walked around the corner, entered a code, and went into a nearby apartment.
“So, he lives right across the road from the studio, basically,” Flood claimed. Although she was shaken from the encounter, Flood said the strangers who chose to help her stayed while she closed the shop. The strangers waited until Flood got into her car and left.
“I’m actually shaking. I think it’s because I was just holding that door closed,” Flood said. She was alone in the tattoo studio, and she feared the worst if those strangers didn’t come by to help. Flood isn’t the only woman to report harassment in a supposedly safe location. Another woman from New York City was walking down the street when a man gave chase to her without warning.
