Newest Green Lantern Clip Actually Makes it Seem Like a Good Movie

If you liked it then you should have put a Lantern Ring on it

For fans of the Green Lantern, the past few months have been somewhat frustrating; nearly every trailer they’ve shown us leading up to next Friday’s release of the movie have left the impression that it’s going to be…not so great. You could chock it up to a number of things: awkward editing, cheesy, last minute visual effects, the presence of a stilted and brunette Blake Lively, etc. In the newest clip, Tomar-Re introduces Hal Jordan to the planet of Oa, where he learns to fly. The trailers may not be doing the movie any favors, but this newest clip gives us hope that that may be due more to poor trailer editing than the actual merit of the movie itself.
