United States President Donald Trump is hinting at life beyond our planet. The Executive Office of the President is prepping aliens.gov according to some crack reporting from 404 Media.

Before you go running to the website, there’s nothing there. But, it would seem that the government is preparing to do an info dump about extraterrestrial life. Some corners of the Internet will always be interested in sort of oddities. Recent events on our planet would have conspiratorial fringes of the web thinking that there must be some other grand conspiracies that we have no idea about. Who knows, I’m basically going to accept any and all possible outcomes for the rest of 2026. After the first few frames we’ve had, that seems smart.

The government has talked more about UFOs since 2020 than at any in the world’s history beforehand. We all the National Archives tossing up a public UFO database back in early 2024. The “Records Related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena” web page was the talk of Reddit for a while. There were photos, videos and statements from the National Archives. Back then, Chuck Schumer spoke about releasing this sensitive information to the public.

“For decades, many Americans have been fascinated by objects mysterious and unexplained and it’s long past time they get some answers,” Schumer previously wrote in a statement. “The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena.”

Enough about the aliens, where’s the Epstein Files follow-up?

US Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman announces charges against Jeffery Epstein

Schumer’s statement would continue, “We are not only working to declassify what the government has previously learned about these phenomena but to create a pipeline for future research to be made public. I am honored to carry on the legacy of my mentor and dear friend, Harry Reid and fight for the transparency that the public has long demanded surround these unexplained phenomena.”

There have to be more people out there wondering where all this talk about transparency and collaboration is in respect to the biggest scandal affecting America right now. The Epstein files are not going away. Much to the chagrin of everybody in the Trump administration and others implicated in those documents. People are suffering as a result of another war in the Middle East, now there’s going to be doubt thrown on other government processes because of extraterrestrial life findings. But, all people want is an answer to this real question: What are you going to do about the pedophiles? Seriously, no one is forgetting this.

So, people might be taken off guard by these new arguments about aliens. There is good reason to believe that we’re probably not alone in the universe. (Go ask Ryan Gosling about working with another set of life forms for common good.)  But, the public deserves a concrete answer about one of the biggest scandals in American history. How could we talk about much else? As I mentioned before, there’s a literal war going on right now, and people still want to know what’s going on with the Epstein Files. Aliens or not, that’s unlikely to change!
