Hey, friends! We’ve got a full review of Ghostbusters coming out very soon from our very own Marcy Cook. While you should definitely keep your eyes out for that, we also wanted to put up a fun open thread for you folks who got to check out the movie last night.
Personally speaking, I enjoyed the movie. It did a good job of establishing itself as a brand new movie while still paying respects to the ones who came before. There were plenty of really great memorable jokes, and Chris Hemsworth’s performance as Kevin was certainly a surprise. The standout performance for me amongst the Ghostbusters crew themselves was Kate McKinnon’s Jillian Holtzmann. I believe she may have stolen the show—for me, at least.
