Woman accuses brown father of trafficking his biracial daughter because he’s a ‘man of color.’ Then she quotes the Bible: ‘Burn in hell’

A brown father was just walking with his daughter down a residential street when a woman pulled over in her car and accused him of child trafficking. The reason? Because his daughter “looked white.” The incident was recorded by @yosemiteshyam, who shared the video on TikTok, which has since amassed over 68,200 views.
According to yosemiteshyam, the incident occurred on Sept. 6 in the Almaden area in San Jose, California, when he and his six-year-old daughter, whom he said is half-white, were allegedly harassed by a woman multiple times. In the video, a woman can be seen driving up towards yosemiteshyam.
“I’m recording you, too. I work with the feds,” the woman claimed. However, she did not show any badge or identification to prove she was affiliated with federal law enforcement.
She accused him of trafficking because they allegedly don’t look alike
The woman said she was making sure that yosemiteshyam wasn’t “sex trafficking this poor little girl,” and claimed that his daughter “looks very unhappy” to be with him. She later pointed out their different skin tones and alleged that the father and daughter didn’t resemble each other.
“[She] doesn’t look like your child,” the woman said. “That’s a white little girl, and you are a man of color.” Because of this reasoning, the woman seemingly came to the conclusion that yosemiteshyam was “either buying or selling” or “trafficking this child.” The entire time, the father remained silent while the woman continued with her tirade.
According to yosemiteshyam, the incident shown in his video was not their first encounter with the woman that morning. “Before I started this recording, she tried to approach my 6 year old,” yosemiteshyam said in an on-screen text. “Asked me if I was ‘buying or selling’ and questioned whether I was ‘legal’ in this country.”
Woman says she will keep out the wicked
The woman eventually drove off, but turned the car around and recited a Bible verse aimed at the father-daughter duo. “Psalm 101:8. My daily task will be to ferret out the wicked and free the city of God from their grip. Burn in hell you will,” the woman said. yosemiteshyam said he reported the incident to the San Jose police.
The TikTok community was left in disbelief at the accusations hurled by the woman and urged the father to file a complaint for alleged defamation of character. Many expressed how draining it is to continuously be harassed based on skin color, saying, “They so exhausting.” Another added, “The fact these people are so blind to their own evil is incredible…”
Some pointed out that impersonating a federal agent is a punishable offense. “Claiming to be a federal agent when you’re not, is a federal crime,” a commenter wrote.
According to 18 U.S. Code 912, it is a federal crime to falsely present oneself as an employee or officer acting under the authority of the United States. Those who are found guilty of committing the act may be fined, face imprisonment of up to three years, or both.
