Earlier this week, The Mary Sue headquarters had a visit from the awesome writing duo of Jeffrey Cranor and Joseph Fink, co-creators of Welcome to Night Vale and authors of Welcome to Night Vale: A Novel, out now.
Jeffrey and Joseph took time out of their busy schedule this week to talk to The Mary Sue about how they stay inspired, how they first began working together (with a little assist from the New York-based theater group Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind), and what we can expect from Welcome to Night Vale in the future.
