  • The folks over at Warner Bros. might be a little too overzealous with pulling the Suicide Squad trailer from websites. They’ve issued a DMCA request to have the videos pulled, which is fine for big sites, but when they target YouTube channels who fall under Fair Use, there’s a line being crossed.   • A lot of the crew behind the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies are suing Fortune Star Media Ltd. (who they believe own the rights to the Turtles) for $3 million.   • In a short, but sweet video over at io9Agent Carter stars Hayley Atwell and James D’Arcy share some details about the coming season. Peggy’s ready to move on from Cap (all together, now: aww), and Jarvis has a “hidden presence” in his life that’s soon to be revealed.
