She Moved in With a Best Friend She Met on Snapchat. The Best Friend Kicked Her Out and Allegedly Robbed Her All Within 24 Hours
Who needs enemies with friends like this?

Briyanna (@briyannasuzanne) briefly fell out with her mother. With nowhere else to go, her best friend, whom she met on Snapchat, offered her a place to stay. But Briyanna alleged on TikTok that her best friend made her homeless and then stole her belongings.
Briyanna said she met the woman on TikTok, then added her on Snapchat. The woman reached out and offered to hang out with Briyanna. She was excited about the thought of making a new friend, like a woman from London who’s been putting herself out there to connect with strangers.
“What I did notice early on was that she was always claiming me to be her best friend and that she loved me and that she always wanted to be matching with me about a week into knowing each other,” Briyanna alleged. Nevertheless, the behavior didn’t raise red flags for her because she didn’t have many friends. She thought it was the norm for some people to get close immediately, so Briyanna went along with her newfound Snapchat best friend.
After some time, Briyanna said she had a falling out with her mother. She described their relationship as on and off, having periods of being at each other’s throats, then reconciling like best friends. When she could no longer stay with her mother, the Snapchat best friend offered Briyanna a place to stay at her house.
“I was essentially just sleeping in her room and keeping my belongings there,” Briyanna explained. She allegedly showered at another friend’s house or at the gym, and bought her own food. She denied relying on the woman’s family for further assistance.
Getting kicked out by her Snapchat bestie because of a text
One day, she came home to her Snapchat best friend feeling low. Briyanna told her, and the best friend allegedly said, “On real?” and she felt dismissed by the response. Briyanna spoke to her 7th-grade best friend about the incident, sending a message that contained the b-word.
“[Expletive], you don’t understand. I’m about to off myself,” Briyanna wrote in a text. The next morning, Briyanna noticed her phone was at 30%. When she went to charge the device, she noticed the chat between her and her 7th-grade best friend was open. She had an unread message from her Snapchat best friend, and she opened it.
“You need to get out of my house. I can’t even believe you,” the woman allegedly wrote. Snapchat bestie allegedly took offense at Briyanna’s message, believing she was called the b-word by her. Briyanna said she left the house ten minutes after waking up and was unable to bring her belongings. Briyanna later realized that her Snapchat best friend looked through her phone.
Allegedly robbing her at her lowest point
Briyanna and her ex-boyfriend’s mother came to pick up her totes. But when she checked her bags, she found out a bunch of clothes were missing. She said, “I was clear in my messages with her that if anything’s missing, I will be calling the cops.”
Briyanna continued, “I do not have a single item of Lulu in my belongings—no leggings, no matching sets, no nothing.” At first, Briyanna thought she must’ve left some of the items in her car, but after checking, she realized they weren’t there. She also said that her On Cloud sneakers and Buckle cowgirl boots were missing. Even her Pandora necklace with a custom pendant gifted by her ex was nowhere to be found.
“Going through my phone is one thing, but going through my phone and then robbing me? I have no words,” Briyanna commented. Then, Briyanna alleged she saw the girl wearing her missing clothes on TikTok. She started gathering evidence of her supposed best friend wearing her clothes.
She didn’t get everything back
Briyanna continued, “She’s wearing my Lulu shorts, my Lulu tank top. She’s wearing an all-black outfit that has my black Lulu long-sleeve and my black Lulu leggings, and my On Cloud shoes.” The Snapchat best friend, however, denied having her On Cloud shoes. Nevertheless, Briyanna alleged the woman stole $2,000 worth of items from her.
Eventually, Briyanna reconnected with her mother, and she confronted the Snapchat best friend about taking her daughter’s items. When Briyanna’s mother threatened to call the cops on her, she surrendered some of the items. Responding to the threat, the woman returned some of Briyanna’s belongings, some of them visibly damaged with holes and scratches. Worst of all, Briyanna said that even though her Pandora necklace was returned, the pendant was still missing.
“At this point, I am at a loss. I will be pressing charges on her,” Briyanna said. She added that her On Cloud sneakers and Buckle boots have not yet been returned. Like Briyanna, this woman from Miami also had her closet raided—not by her best friend, but by her brother’s girlfriend.
