Racist Neighbor Allegedly Leaves Note Calling Man an “Outcast” Over Parking Dispute. Then He Takes Matters Into His Own Hands: ‘Its Unacceptable’

Parking disputes between neighbors are nothing unusual. But things can get more serious when an argument over where someone parks allegedly turns into comments about whether they belong there at all.
A parking spot can cause plenty of frustration, but racial slurs can take an argument much further. And when that behavior keeps happening, it can become harder to simply ignore.
TikTok creator Zeid (@zeid1of1) claims that’s what he’s dealing with after problems with one of his neighbors. Like others who have received racist letters allegedly left by neighbors, Zeid says he received a note of his own. But this time, he claims he has video showing exactly who left it.
So Much for Being Neighborly
Zeid claims his neighbor left a note on his car calling him an “outcast” and telling him he shouldn’t park in what he describes as his own parking spot. He also alleges that the problems with her go beyond the note. “I’ve got footage of her calling me every racist word in the book,” he said.
According to Zeid, some of the racial slurs allegedly used by his neighbor didn’t even correspond with his skin color. He didn’t repeat the words in the video, but said he has recordings of the encounters. He also maintains that his Ring doorbell and phone footage clearly show the woman leaving the note on his car.
Zeid said he happened to run into the neighbor’s son the following day. He recalled the son defending his mother and insisting that she would never do something like that. But Zeid pointed to the recordings he says he already has as evidence that she did.
The tension between the neighbors doesn’t seem to have gone away either. Zeid said he recently drove past the woman while in his Mercedes-Benz G63 and noticed the look she gave him. He then asked viewers what they thought he should do about the situation.
Despite his allegations, Zeid doesn’t plan to go to the police. He said his neighbor is around 90 years old and doesn’t cause enough harm for him to want authorities involved. “She just leaves harmless notes, drops racial slurs here and there,” he explained. “I find it funny at the end of the day.”
That response became one of the biggest points of disagreement among viewers. While Zeid seems willing to laugh off the alleged encounters, many commenters felt that repeatedly receiving notes and hearing racial slurs was already enough reason to take action.
Many urged Zeid to report the alleged behavior, with one commenter writing, “Please don’t tolerate abuse. It’s unacceptable.”
Another argued that making a report now could matter if the situation ever gets worse. “You need to have a clear record of everything that happens,” they wrote. “These things escalate and you need to show evidence of it properly.”
Others didn’t think the neighbor’s age should change his decision. “No matter her age. You should go to the police because if the shoe was on the other foot she would!!” one viewer commented.
Some were more concerned about what could happen if Zeid continues treating the situation as harmless. “Nah report it. It’s funny until it isn’t,” one person warned.
Another viewer suggested there could be a practical reason to document everything: “Report them, because I guarantee you they’ve already reported you.” Someone else proposed that Zeid leave his neighbor a note telling her that he had contacted police.
Whether Zeid will reconsider isn’t clear. For now, he seems comfortable handling the alleged behavior without involving authorities, even as viewers argue that repeated racial slurs and unwanted notes shouldn’t be brushed aside simply because the person accused of leaving them is elderly.
