Pregnant woman is furious after cheating husband wants a home birth. Then she realizes his family is influencing him: ‘I can’t believe’

Giving birth comes with plenty of difficult decisions. But where a woman wants to deliver shouldn’t turn into a fight, especially when she believes there could be medical concerns.
Pregnancy can put even more pressure on an already troubled relationship. For someone dealing with an allegedly cheating husband while pregnant, support can matter even more. But one TikTok creator claims she and her husband can’t agree on a decision she thought was already settled.
Isla Kove (@isla.kove) shared an argument with her husband in a video with more than 350,000 views. Isla wants to give birth at a hospital because she claims her baby isn’t facing the right way and she may need a C-section. Her husband, however, is pushing for a home birth despite her repeatedly telling him she doesn’t want one.
‘Just a normal thing that we do’
“How much more clear do I need to make this for you?” Isla tells him in the video. “I’m going to the hospital. I honestly don’t give a f*ck what you want.”
Her husband still wants the delivery at home. “I want it to be natural. I want it to be at my home. That’s all I’m asking for,” he responds.
The argument gets more personal when he says he isn’t surprised Isla is “birthing him the wrong way too.” When she points out that the baby’s position isn’t her fault, he tells her she’s “the common denominator.”
Another person appears to agree with him, prompting Isla to ask, “Are you finally agreeing with him? What are you nodding, yeah?” Her husband then describes home birth as “just a normal thing that we do” and tells her to “get in with the program.”
Isla remains firm. She may need a C-section, and even the hours after giving birth can bring unexpected problems. For her, the possibility of complications is enough reason not to take chances with where she delivers. “I can’t believe I’m about to have two babies with this man,” Isla wrote in the caption.
In a separate video, Isla adds more context to the disagreement. Text over the clip claims her husband’s family agrees with his push for a home birth. This time, he also explains another reason he doesn’t want her delivering at a hospital.
“If it’s in my home, I’m in control and I know who’s coming into the house,” he tells her. He objects to the possibility of a male nurse seeing Isla during childbirth and calls that “cheating.”
Isla immediately challenges his reasoning. “I found your Bumble account,” she tells him, accusing her husband of cheating on her while she was pregnant. She points out that male nurses are medically trained professionals.
Her husband doesn’t directly address the Bumble allegation in the portion shown. Instead, he tells Isla she’s making the disagreement into “a huge deal” and suggests her reaction is because of her hormones.
“I actually think you’re not safe for yourself,” he adds. “I think you need to go talk to someone.”
Isla also displays a CheaterBuster result for her husband, Luka, 25, which shows what appears to be his dating profile. However, the result alone doesn’t establish whether he physically cheated on her.
Viewers largely sided with her. “Her body her choice! Scream it with me,” one person commented. “If he wants a natural birth, he can do it,” another wrote.
Others urged Isla to leave. “I would divorce him, he doesn’t care about your well being,” one viewer wrote. Another said, “Divorce him and get away from his toxic family.”
One commenter focused on the potential risks. “Every birth is a risk and something can go wrong,” they wrote. “You are allowed to say ‘no.’”
Whatever happens with their relationship, Isla makes her decision clear. She intends to give birth at the hospital.
