Chris Hardwick and his Nerdist YouTube channel are getting into the news game with the launch of Nerdist News, a thrice-weekly show about the news nerds (and geeks) would be interested in. The show will be hosted by G4 Jessica Chobot, and will eventually jump to airing daily.
You’ve probably got a pretty solid idea of what this show will be after you read that it’s a news show produced by the Nerdist channel, but for a clearer picture here’s the promo video they released:
After the fall of G4, Hardwick has continued to work with several of the channel’s alumni in his other projects. Perhaps the Nerdist YouTube channel is slowly turning into an online version of the best parts of G4? We’re not complaining.
