Jon Stewart and Hamilton’s Javier Muñoz Remind Us Why We Need to Vote in Song

When they go low, we go Hamilton.

Today’s the day. The 2016 election will be over by the end of the night (unless 2016 gets even 2016-ier), and we’ll hopefully go back to a world wherein we can safely ignore Donald Trump—not to mention having the first woman ever elected president of the United States. For that to happen, though, everyone needs to vote, so here’s a fun, musical appearance from Jon Stewart on Stephen Colbert’s Late Show, though the day is really saved by Hamilton‘s Javier Muñoz.

Vote. Vote today, if you haven’t already. Vote right now. Vote every time you can, especially in midterm elections—the president can’t do a whole lot with a congress that’s trying to obstruct them every step of the way.
