‘I am living in a nightmare’: Hila Klein of the H3 Podcast drops bombshell statement about husband Ethan, and fans can’t hide their disappointment
Hila wrote an emotional post accusing Ethan of cheating
Hila Klein has accused her husband, Ethan Klein, of having an affair. In a social media post, the podcaster and fashion designer shared the news with fans, saying she felt betrayed and was “living in a nightmare.” Meanwhile, the H3 podcast was put on an indefinite hiatus.
Hila broke the news in the early hours of October 23 via an Instagram post. “I am living in a nightmare I can’t wake up from,” she wrote. She then went on to accuse her husband, creator of the H3 podcast, Ethan Klein, of having an affair.
In her post, Hila provided more detail, claiming Ethan lied to her after she became suspicious in the months before. She claimed he was eventually “caught in a lie,” prompting him to allegedly admit to cheating and reveal that it had been a 6-month-long affair.
Hila’s statement was reposted by Ethan Klein himself, which some fans have taken to be an admission of guilt, while others believe it could be proof that the couple is “trolling” their fans (something others have expressed doubts over).
Hila went on to detail the “immeasurable” feeling of “betrayal” her husband’s alleged actions had caused. The couple has been married for 14 years and been together for 20. They also have three children and built the H3 brand together, appearing in and creating videos on YouTube together since 2011.
The H3 Podcast crew claims they are shocked
Following Hila’s announcement, the H3 podcast crew said they were “shocked, angry, and heartbroken,” reports Dexerto. Ethan told fans that the podcast was on indefinite hiatus the day before Hila came out with her accusations against him.
The H3 crew have also since cut ties with Ethan: “As soon as we found out, we all agreed: we would not continue working with Ethan involved or profiting in any way,” a statement from the crew reads. The decision to cut ties leaves the future of the H3 Podcast unknown. We stand with Hila and will support her every step of the way, the statement continues, adding, “We’re disgusted by Ethan’s actions and the hurt he has caused.”
Meanwhile, fans couldn’t hide their shock over the news. Fellow YouTuber Quinton Reviews questioned who Ethan will be in the future, as he claimed, “So much of his personality has been about his marriage to Hila.” Klein, who previously hosted a podcast with controversial YouTuber Trisha Paytas, often made fun of cheaters in his content.
There was also speculation about who Ethan had cheated with, with some theorizing that Ethan had cheated with an employee of the H3 Podcast. The speculation came after fans noticed that the H3 crew had all unfollowed another member of the crew named Tamara; however, this has not been verified.
