Here’s Everything Coming to Netflix in April

Steven Yeun and Ali Wong in the Netflix series 'BEEF'

April streaming brings May … screaming? I tried. Anyway, a new month approaches and with it comes a bounty of new streaming options. Netflix’s new releases for April include a BEEF between Ali Wong and Steven Yeun, one-hour comedy specials from John Mulaney and Mo’Nique, and a Power Rangers reunion.

Of course, BEEF is at the top of our to-do list. The 10-episode dark comedy series stars Wong and Yeun as a pair of strangers who get caught up in a road rage incident that brings out some disturbing behavior. There’s also Florida Man, a series loosely inspired by the antics of America’s favorite headline punchline, starring Édgar Ramírez, Abbey Lee, and Emory Cohen. Another intriguing title coming to Netflix in April is Chimp World, a documentary about chimpanzees from the co-director of My Octopus Teacher and featuring narration from Mahershala Ali. Definitely won’t need tissues for that one. Nope.

In addition to the usual assortment of Netflix Originals, April brings a bunch of old favorites and recent classics to the platform: A League of Their Own, Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho, Inception, the Bourne trilogy, and Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy are among the movies dropping on April 1.
