Finn Has No Chill, Rey Takes Charge in the First Star Wars: The Force Awakens Clip

Calm down, dude. Rey's got it.

Is there a name for the mathematic property by which the amount of time left before a major movie release and the amount of footage from that movie we haven’t seen is directly proportional? Either way, here’s a clip from Star Wars: The Force Awakens that doesn’t really give anything away while providing the longest uncut look at our new heroes in action yet.

This clip features Finn not really keeping it together so well and doubting Rey’s abilities, which we can’t imagine is a wise move. While you’re here, eating away precious seconds of surprise from your opening weekend experience, check out this new TV spot featuring a couple of new/extended shots and a familiar pilot face:

There’s even another one, but it doesn’t really bring anything new to the table.

He lives in North Carolina with Lisa Brown (his wife) and Liz Lemon (his dog), both of whom are the best, and he will never stop reminding The Last Jedi's detractors that Luke Skywalker's pivotal moment in Return of the Jedi was literally throwing his lightsaber away and refusing to fight.
