Cuteness: Kate Beaton and Guillermo del Toro Geek Out Over Each Others’ Work
I hope this is not poor Etiquette… but I love Kate Beaton’s work (i follow her!) so… https://t.co/e34ga6OZ8V

This tweet exchange is sweet enough to warm the most cynical of pop-culture hardened hearts. Or give you cavities. I’m not sure yet. But Kate Beaton tweeted how she really enjoyed Crimson Peak. That totally makes sense cause it’s right up her alley: Gothic, Victorian horror. Like, yes. So she drew a little comic blurb about the movie:
psst! I got to see Guillermo Del Toro’s new film Crimson Peak! I was throwing popcorn EVERYWHERE from GOTHIC THRILLS pic.twitter.com/lcUrKZMRqn

And guess who saw it? the @RealGDT himself: Guillermo del Toro, who totally responded in kind as you can see above.
So… how long until we get a Beaton/del Toro children’s book?
