Years of harassment not only take a toll on a person, but the scrutiny you’re forced to live under when an angry mob is just waiting for you to say something they can use against you can seriously alter the way you act in public. You have to be unreasonably careful about what you say, so Anita Sarkeesian made this speech at the “What I Couldn’t Say” panel at the All About Women Festival in Sydney to give herself an outlet for everything she’s been holding inside.
