Remember how stoked we were by The Force Awakens’ first trailer way back when? It seems like Lucasfilm has really gotten the whole art of trailers down, because this Star Wars Rebels mid-season trailer is way freakin’ exciting.
It’s got Senator Organa, Darth Vader, Ahsoka Tano, Sith Holocrons, Kylo Ren connections, plenty of Stormtroopers and lightsabers. Oh, it’s even got Yoda. Because of course it does.
I can’t count the number of times I arched my eyebrow or just dropped my jaw. The rest of the season looks to be pretty damn exciting, and that’s got me, well, pretty damn excited. Also, who’s that “Old Master” Sith that Ezra’s kneeling in front of? You ask me, the guy reminds me of a Supreme Leader we know.
