Imagine Christina Ricci as a Grown Up Wednesday Addams in This Stunning Photoshop

First things first: this isn’t Christina Ricci dressed up as Morticia Addams. In fact, it’s actually a photoshop of Ricci’s head over Anjelica Huston’s. That aside, it’s an incredibly stunning photo, and a really interesting look into who Wednesday Addams might be in these fourteen years since the first movie came out.

Let’s be honest with ourselves: Morticia makes for a really great role model. She supported her kids, no matter what (read: the entire plot behind Addams Family Values), she had a surprisingly healthy marriage with Gomez, and she was a strong figure for her children. So it’s entirely reasonable to think that Wednesday grew up to be just like her. This photoshop might be fake, but it’s a fun almost fan fiction-y way of imagining what might have been.
