Things We Saw Today: Soon You’ll Be Able to Sleep In the TARDIS

Sort of. Classic Doctor Who tweeted this picture of a TARDIS duvet set, which they say will be available for purchase soon.

I wish they made more geeky duvet sets for double beds. It’s not just kids that want them! I have an awesome Marvel one my dad got me a few years ago and it was the first time I’d seen such a thing available in double size. Also it sold out really quickly in every branch of the store (my sister wanted one but was too late!) so there’s obviously demand.

Of course as my favourite duvet cover, it’s the one my rabbit decided to shred a bit and so now it has claw marks all over it! Although she did so right next to the part with Wolverine on it so maybe it was just to add authenticity…

Just checked the replies to the tweet and they say there will be a double size too!! o/

YAY! Thank you for actually being smart and investigating that rather than just coming on here and whining like i just did! Haha!

My point still stands when it comes to other cool duvet sets though. I might be in my 30s but one is never too old for novelty bedding!!

More nosy than smart xD Twitter is my natural habitat :P

I do agree with you, though. There DOES need to be more double sets for some things. I would happily have a Powerpuff Girls duvet cover if I could find one in a double ¬¬

Years ago I bought a Harry Potter sheet set for my old double bed. I wish they made queen size though!

I kinda wish I liked Doctor Who. I watched many episodes, of various seasons, even the earlier years, but aside from the Fourth Doctor’s dashing wardrobe and fantastic scarves, I never really connected to it.

Too bad, I think some of the merchandise is awesome, but I’d feel like such an idiot for buying merch from a franchise I care very little about (goes for Star Wars too).
