If one were to analyze the video like a high school literature class reading of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, one may suggest the video symbolizes how modern communication technology prevents basic human emotion from social interaction, disrupting the fundamental notion that humans are emotional, social creatures. There’s no river in the video, but if so, it would’ve obviously symbolized tranquility.
