Before Matt Stone and Trey Parker became famous for their now-famous animated Christmas card that featured what would become South Park, Terry Gilliam was cutting up old Christmas cards and animating those into a darkly silly and twisted holiday greeting of his own. (Actually, he doesn’t do this for Christmas exclusively.) In this festive short from 1968, calamity ensues as Santa steals both toys and human beings while the three wise men get seriously misguided and lost in London.
