It’s Friday, So Here’s a 1989 Aerobic Video Perfectly Set To Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off”
It's better than the real video. We swear.
Say what you want about the cheesiness of exercise videos from the ’80s and ’90s—the high wasted leotards, the tightly curled perms, the overexcited facial gestures—but they do what they say on the tin. I legitimately want to get up and start dancing around now. Of course, I won’t, because I’m too busy staring in raptured awe at how remarkably well the video lines up with Taylor Swift’s hit single. Dang, y’all.
