You better not pout, you better not cry! The Steam Summer Sale is coming to town. The Open Steamworks CDR was updated recently with a list of indie bundles that will possibly be featured in Steam’s upcoming sale, which you can check out after the jump. Although the list is unconfirmed, there is one thing that’s certain: I’m sick and tired of waiting.
Steam users have been shivering with anticipation of the annual Steam Summer Sale. We were given a glimmer of hope last Thursday whenĀ Mike Blaszczak threw us a bone last Thursday on the official Steam forum in the form of a post reading only, “We are planning a sale sometime this summer. Hope that helps!” As of today, however, Valve remains silent about their plans for the sale.
Reddit user Dweezy posted a list of titles, compiled using the Open Steamworks CDR, that may be included in the Steam Summer Sale. The Open Steamworks CDR is a database of Steam’s catalog taken from Valve’s Steamworks API. According to the CDR, Steam’s sale will feature one bundle of indie games every day for 11 days as well as a number of other discounted games and bundles. There has been no official word from Valve, as of yet, regarding the alleged list and there has been no indication that the list isĀ accurate. All we can do is hope that the sale begins soon and we can see for ourselves. Feast your eyes on the games below and ready those bank accounts!
