Holy Frankenstein, There’s A New Penny Dreadful Trailer

So gross! So creepy! So great!

Showtime’s upcoming series Penny Dreadful sounds almost too good to be true – a psychosexual horror series weaving together the origin stories of Victorian characters like Dorian Gray and Dracula? Starring Eva Green, Billie Piper, Helen McCrory, Josh Hartnett, and Timothy Dalton? Based on the 19th-century penny dreadfuls? Get on my TV right now.

After debuting the first trailer for the show last month, Showtime has released an all-new glimpse at the show, and it’s just as creepy and crawly as I want it to be. Plus, quite frankly, I think Eva Green should just become the next Morgan Freeman and narrate everything ever. Now that you’re as hooked as I am, you can catch the Penny Dreadful premiere on Sunday, May 11th.
