You know, in all my writing about feminism, I had no idea how bad men actually have it. For example, did you know that they only get to direct 93% of all Hollywood films? What about the other seven percent? WHAT ABOUT THEM?! Thankfully, this video brings together top female talent to bring awareness to their plight.*

Directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt, this video includes more than 70 female pros in Hollywood, including Rita Wilson, Mamie Gummer, Annie Parisse, Kathleen Chalfant, Jessica Hecht and Orfeh to remind us that when it comes to representation in media, or in society, our goal should be to #MakeItFair. And they do so to hilarious effect – you may die laughing when you get to the middle of this video.

* You know that was sarcasm, right? RIGHT?!
