Liza Weil is Returning to Stars Hollow for Gilmore Girls Revival

YESSSS, PARIS.

It’s been a whirlwind of announcements regarding the Gilmore Girls revival–first, that Netflix would be the official home of the new episodes, and then some more info on the additional characters we can anticipate seeing (yes to Logan, no to Sookie). And, of course, Kelly Bishop and Lauren Graham’s interview about the Gilmore Girls table read gave us a myriad of emotions.

But the latest news out of Stars Hollow is clearly good–former cast member Liza Weil is going to be returning as Paris! She was always a favorite of mine on the original show–she and Rory pretty much defined the term “frenemies”–and watching Weil on How to Get Away With Murder has also been a thrill, so I’m excited that she’s been able to find time in her schedule to make an appearance.

She’s not the only supporting cast member we just found out is returning–Yanic Truesdale, who played the comedically memorable inn manager Michel, tweeted out the adorable photo of him and Lauren Graham earlier last week:

It’s safe to say I’m going to be glued to the Internet for any and all information regarding this revival until, you know, it actually happens. Are you psyched for this news?
