You Should Be Following Kurt Braunohler’s #Roustabout Exploits on Instagram

Get wet for goats!

Recommended Videos

Last week, we told you about comedian Kurt Braunohler’s plan to ride a jet ski from Chicago to New Orleans to help poor families in Africa. The trip is already underway, and he’s been Instagramming it the whole time. You can follow his exploits for yourself, but if you need some convincing, here are some of our favorites so far:

Did we mention his tuxedo wetsuit?

And check out that sweet jet ski!

Let’s not forget the reason he’s doing this—to get wet for goats.

The journey’s not been without its problems.

But also not without its weird triumphs!

Of course while he’s on this trip, he’s filming it all for his Comedy Central webseries Roustabout, which based off what we’ve seen on just his Instagram account, should turn out to be pretty incredible. The real reason for the strange excursion is to raise money to provide goats and chickens for hungry families in Africa, so if you’re enjoying Braunohler’s exploits, you should consider donating to his Indiegogo campaign.

The goal is to raise $50,000, and it’s already up to $16,410 at the time of this writing with 57 days to go. You can watch Braunohler’s video explaining the trip and the reason for it in this video:

But I think the real essence of the thing can be boiled down into this GIF I made from the video:

Get Wet For Me

So follow along with the adventure now by following Braunohler on Instagram, watch Roustabout when it’s released this summer, and donate to help some people in need. Then get wet for that goat and for goats everywhere.
