Finding out about her husband’s alleged affair left her bleeding. When the police arrived, they didn’t arrest him

Divorces can be difficult for some couples, but Anna Grace (@anna_grace_643) alleged that her ex shoved her during a fight. When the police came, they didn’t arrest him.
“There was so much I wasn’t allowed to say when we were still together, so buckle up, because it’s a crazy story,” Anna told TikTok. She was still legally married to her husband but had been living in a different apartment for two weeks. Nevertheless, she still had items in her shared home with her husband that she had not yet claimed.
“We fully planned on selling that house, taking the profits, and splitting it,” Anna added. On March 16, 2026, she messaged her husband and told him that she planned to get her piano, wedding ring, and some other items. However, Anna alleged that her husband didn’t allow her to come to the house and threatened to call the police on her.
“Okay, whatever. Call the police. It’s also my property and my house,” she commented. She didn’t heed her husband’s warning and pulled into his driveway. However, her husband was allegedly standing in the driveway, blocking her car with his hands raised in front.
“He ends up telling the police officer when he gets there that I tried to run him over with my car,” Anna claimed. She alleged that the police officer believed him immediately and told her to vacate her property. She continued, “I built this house with my hands.”
While at home, Anna also noticed another car parked on their property. She said it had a sticker of her husband’s high school. Anna warned her husband about having another woman around, since her son was with him for a day.
He didn’t want to let her know about his secret
Regardless, he allegedly pulled out messages of Anna talking about her postpartum depression, and the cops went up to her. They asked her if she still had dark thoughts, and she told them that she still did because she was just five months postpartum. Nevertheless, she reassured them that she wouldn’t act on her dark thoughts.
Anna said that the police told her they were taking her to the mental hospital, and if she did not comply, they were going to handcuff her. She complied and went to the mental hospital, but Anna said the doctor immediately released her. However, Anna had left her vehicle at home because the police brought her to the hospital. Anna called her mother to pick her up. Against her father’s warning, Anna and her mother went back to get her car.
Anna only planned to take her car and leave, but she alleged that her ex locked her out of her vehicle. Anna needed to retrieve her car keys, but as she was looking through the windows, she alleged that her husband left their five-month-old baby alone with his girl best friend.
“She gave me the dirtiest look,” Anna claimed. She further alleged that the woman went back inside and slammed the bedroom door closed. Anna continued, “That’s when I ended up breaking a window to get into my own house to get my car keys.” She went into the master’s bedroom to get her child, as she wasn’t comfortable with the woman. Anna alleged that the woman had disrespected her and that she was engaged in an affair with her husband. Regardless, Anna denied hurting the woman and just wanted to leave with her baby.
The police allegedly took his side again
As Anna was walking out with her baby into the driveway, she alleged that her husband tried to rip her baby out of her arms. She pleaded for him to stop, as their child was crying and screaming. Anna managed to hand her son over to her mother.
“My ex-husband was acting so irrational, so crazy and angry, I was just scared for both of our lives,” Anna alleged. Amidst the altercation, she said her husband grabbed her from the back and shoved her. She continued, “It ended up knocking me out. I had a minor concussion. I hurt my wrist.” She said that to stop herself from hitting the ground completely, her wrist absorbed the trauma. Anna claimed she had to wear a wrist brace for three weeks. Because some rocks hit and dug into her knee, Anna said she needed to get seven stitches for it.
When the cops arrived at the scene, Anna thought they would protect her. Instead, she claimed they arrested her despite her bloody and disheveled appearance. She alleged, “They actually didn’t care if he had pushed me or if he had put his hands on me. Regardless, they were arresting me, and not him.”
To add insult to injury, Anna claimed the cops handed her baby back to her husband, who allegedly shoved her. When they got to the precinct for her mugshots, Anna said she had a seizure and was taken to the hospital. The doctors asked the cops about Anna’s situation, but she was still taken to jail after receiving her stitches. While in jail, Anna said she got an infection that almost led to her losing her leg entirely. When she told the guards about her infection, she alleged that the guards did nothing to help.
After four nights, her father bailed her out. Nevertheless, Anna says she still has a charge against her. She sarcastically commented, “That’s justice.” Despite her harrowing experience, Anna said she now has full custody of her son. She’s starting all over again, just like this woman from California, whose sister took both her husbands.
