Check Out What Mr. Peanutbutter and Todd Are Up to in New Bojack Horseman Clips

Bojack is still conspicuously missing and separated from the rest of the Bojack Horseman cast, but that doesn’t mean they’re not up to their own shenanigans. The trailer for season 4 showed us Mr. Peanutbutter might be making a bid for public office, but in a new clip it look like he’s also…..learning how to ski?

Indiewire shared the exclusive, which features lots of the conventional collegiate tropes around a stern teacher with unconventional teaching methods. His instructions include breaking your skis (which I think is a reference to page ripping in Dead Poets Society?), and reading a book of poetry but wait that was just a test! Skiing isn’t related to poetry at all!

Mr. Peanutbutter, in response, manages to become a perfect student with his cluelessness and forgetfulness. However, his teacher also has a suspicious cough that he dismisses as nothing. Of course, we all know a cough is never just a cough. If this episode sticks to its life-changing, wise, unconventional teacher archetype, there might be some tragedy on the horizon. We’ll just have to wait and see what becomes of Mr. Peanutbutter’s skiing lessons.

Another new clip brings us back to Hollywoo, and the show’s satirical reflection of the industry. Here, Todd and Princess Carolyn discuss the branding of star Courtney Portnoy who needs to date a down-to-earth, boring dude too look more relatable—yes, that would be our very own Todd. How will their date go with the media around? Are we going to see more of Todd’s asexuality explored?

Season 4 comes to Netflix this Friday. Are you excited for more Bojack Horseman?
