A Grandfather Paid the Bills of His Mistresses for Years. Then His Family Becomes a Target and Is Forced Into Hiding
This felt like something out of a movie.
One would think that mistresses and hitmen are something you can only witness in movies, but for one woman, that was allegedly the reality of her life. Content creator CassDamm (@cassdamm) claimed in a video on TikTok that her grandfather had surrounded himself with mistresses after her grandmother’s death, only for them to hire a hitman and force the family into hiding.
“My grandpa always kept around a couple of sidechicks. He never allowed another woman to use, like, an official title with him, though,” CassDamm told viewers. “But he never stopped entertaining women.”
CassDamm went on to share that her grandfather had two mistresses he favored for years, going as far as to provide them a house and pay for all of their bills. “Neither of them had jobs. They were both completely unemployed, but living very cushy lives on my grandfather’s dime,” CassDamm said. But everyone’s lives seemingly turned upside down when her grandfather passed away.
The mistress put a target on her mother because she was angry
According to CassDamm, the mistresses lost their financial support, prompting them to seek out her mother for money. “One of them goes to my mom and tries to demand that my mom pays her bills now because my mom inherited my grandpa’s money,” CassDamm said. “And my mom’s like, ‘No. Go get a f****** job.’”
While one of the mistresses fought with CassDamm’s mother, the TikToker claimed the other was more upset about her grandfather’s death and the loss of his presence. “She said that her entire life has exploded and she has no idea what to do anymore,” CassDamm said.
Rather than enact revenge on a mistress, CassDamm shared that her mother eventually took pity on the second mistress instead. Her mother allegedly decided to aid her financially and sign over one of her grandfather’s houseboats. But this decision would seemingly lead to the family hiding for their lives.
CassDamm claimed that the first mistress became livid after overhearing what she had done for the other mistress. Her anger over the decision supposedly encouraged her to hire a hitman and put a target on her mother’s head. “She is f****** livid, and she goes and she takes a hit out on my mother. Literally puts a price out for my mom’s head,” she said.
According to CassDamm, her family had taken the danger to their lives very seriously and was prompted to uproot their lives and keep a low profile. “I spent years of my childhood in hiding because this woman put a hit out on my mother,” the TikToker said.
The hit was only worth a few thousand
CassDamm alleges that she and her family were eventually found, but not by the hitman. Rather, they were found by one of her grandfather’s friends who allegedly spent years tracking down her family. “Spent years trying to hunt down my mother so that he could tell her that he had dealt with that hit pretty quickly after it was placed,” CassDamm said. “And he told my mom all the details about the hit.”
The entire ordeal allegedly happened 20 years ago, and they had been living freely since then, according to CassDamm. However, her mother is supposedly still angry about the incident, but for a different reason: “My mom is still f****** pissed about this. Not about the fact she had that hit placed on her in the first place, but about the fact that it turned out it was only worth $2,000.”
CassDamm didn’t share with her viewers how they initially evaded the hitman, how long they were in hiding, or how the issue with the mistress was resolved. While the authenticity of CassDamm’s family lore can’t be determined, many viewers were left fascinated by the TikToker’s story.
“The f*** do you mean the hit was ‘dealt with,’” one user asked. “How tf did he have so much motion,” another said, referring to CassDamm’s grandfather. “’Signs over ONE OF the houseboats’ is legitimately the most unique sentence I’ve heard this month,” a different commenter said.
It seemed that CassDamm’s story also gave viewers a reality check when it came to supporting a lifestyle in today’s economy. “You know, we could never afford side chicks in today’s world….,” a comment read. Another said, “These days not being able to afford very cushy lives for side chicks is genuinely a recession indicator.” This isn’t the first time CassDamm has seemingly told a story about her family. In another instance, she shared how her mother allegedly covered up a crime scene.
