Washington Woman Went on a Date. She Almost Lost It When He Asked if Bacon Is Pork ‘I Do Know What’s in a Knuckle Sandwich’

In relationships, the ability to collaborate is often tested. But Niani (@shondarhimesstanaccount) from Washington, DC, was unsatisfied after her “date from hell.” Instead of being one step closer to finding the one, she ended up kicking him out of her house.

Niani recounted the story on TikTok, telling her audience that the annoyance began while he was parking his car. He then turned to ask her where they should park.

“First of all, I don’t work at the wharf. I don’t know,” Niani said. She further explained that the man was driving. Therefore, he should be the one to navigate and choose where to park. Niani claimed to be irritated at this point by the question, but she kept the sarcasm to herself.

“Is there pork in this?”

“What floor do I go to?” He asked her when they finally parked. This question also annoyed Niani because she claimed that the man keyed the location into the GPS. When they got out of the car, she asked him where to turn, and Niani alleged that he started mumbling.

Regardless, they started walking. But even with the GPS, the man seemed unable to figure out the directions. When Niani asked him again where to go, the man simply stared at his map.

“I don’t know, I’m trying to figure that out,” he replied. Niani was confused because it looked as though he didn’t understand how to follow directions. In frustration, she took a right turn, and she found the restaurant they were looking for.

“Oh, is this the Pink Tiger?” The man said as they were getting closer to the restaurant. Niani found the question unnecessary because of the large neon sign that read “Pink Tiger.”

Although Niani had become annoyed with her date, they still sat down in the restaurant and started perusing the menu.

“Is there pork in this?” The man asked about Niani’s deviled eggs. She agreed, as there were bacon bits on it. But unexpectedly, the man asked yet another question with an obvious answer. “Is bacon pork?” he followed up. The inquiry almost made Niani snap.

“I don’t know what’s in bacon, but I do know what’s in a knuckle sandwich, and you’re about to get one,” she said as she recalled the story. Compared to another woman who got up and left after her rude date’s suggestion,

She’s had it with this date

Niani stayed until the end of the date. They made it to her apartment, and he was helping her bring her items in. They sat for a while, and Niani wondered why he wasn’t going home yet. That’s when she found out that the man was planning to stay at a hotel. But it was already 1 a.m., and he still wasn’t leaving.

Eventually, she asked if he needed to stay in her apartment. Instead of answering her directly, the man supposedly skirted around the question, saying that he didn’t want to inconvenience her.

“You big-bellied buffoon, I don’t have time to go back and forth with you,” Niani complained. The man eventually agreed to stay on the couch. But unexpectedly, he asked Niani if she had any clothes he could borrow to sleep in. Seemingly unprepared to sleep over, he also asked her for a bunch of toiletries.

This seemed to be Niani’s final straw.

“I don’t think this is a good idea,” she said, finally kicking her date out.
