Trump Gets Another Medical Exam, What’s Going On?

United States President Donald Trump made another trip to the doctor’s office and people want to know what’s going on.
This morning, a lot of traditional media reported that Trump had a physical exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This is the latest in a series of visits to check out the man in America’s highest office.
Back when President Trump was inaugurated, he was already the oldest man ever elected to the office. And now, predictably, some of his physical ailments are getting harder and harder to keep under wraps.
Now, you won’t hear the White House or the Trump administration acknowledge any of these concerns from their constituency. In fact, they’re going through great lengths to give the impression that everything is absolutely fine with both the United States and the man in charge.
But, reporting from The New York Times and other places tells a different story at this point in time. According to that NYT Reporting, Public scrutiny around swelling in Trump’s legs and various social media images of rashes being covered with makeup are basically everywhere at this point.
So, no matter how much the messaging keeps its current slant of everything being absolutely fine with Donald Trump, the images are telling a different story. Today’s visit to Walter Reed is just the latest example of a disconnect between the populace and the people in charge.
Donald Trump goes back to the doctor

In today’s round of reporting about Trump, the politician offered his own assessment of the his health in a statement.
He told the assembled press, “Everything checked out perfectly.” So, we have his word to go on, I guess? It all seems a bit nebulous. But, there’s no concrete proof of anything from today to indicate definitive answers one way or another.
We do know that the President received imaging for some sort of medical issue in late 2025. And, for those wondering, that’s not the sort of medical care that people who are as fit as a fiddle usually seek out.
For now, there’s a unified front from The White House and the Trump administration larger writ. When they couldn’t get their messaging together about that past doctor visit, the officials tried their hardest to erase that small flub.
But, people don’t tend to forget these things so easily. Look for more scrutiny as we get into the meat of the year. America’s 250th Anniversary celebration and the World Cup are this summer.
That means a lot of travel for our aging leaders. It’s something to put a pin in as the hottest months of the year really get going in earnest.
