‘Devoid of any human emotion’: Trump reveals Rep. Neal Dunn’s terminal diagnosis, leaving Mike Johnson visibly uneasy

It is difficult to expect empathy from Donald Trump, and he is proving it yet again. A very disturbing video of Trump is circulating on social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), where he is revealing the medical diagnosis of a person within his administration who had not publicly disclosed his condition. Under different circumstances, Trump’s behaviour could be considered a violation of the law, but in this case, it is a breach of trust.

Trump, in this specific instance, is speaking about Representative Neal Dunn, who, according to him, would have been “dead by June” if he had not intervened and provided assistance through his own medical team, who then operated on him. Trump also revealed that Dunn had a heart condition that made him terminally ill, but since he needed his vote and liked him as a person and friend, he decided to help him. Gross!

Trump outs Rep Neal Dunn’s medical diagnosis illicits reaction from Mike Johnson

On March 16, 2026, Donald Trump held a press conference in Washington, DC, before a lunch meeting with members of the Trump Kennedy Centre board. The event was attended by several members of the Trump administration, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. Trump discussed various topics during the event, but one particular subject attracted the most attention. It was when he talked about the increasing number of Republican deaths in Congress, which led to fewer votes for bills and legislation, shifting the results further away from the favour of Republicans and Trump.

During the discussion, Trump mentioned Representative Neal Dunn, stating that at one point, he thought he might lose his vote because Dunn had developed a terminal illness. Trump asked Speaker Mike Johnson to comment on the matter, who then revealed that Dunn faced serious health challenges and had received a “grim” diagnosis, which he had discussed with Trump at the time. At this point, Trump asked Johnson if he wanted to disclose the diagnosis. Johnson hesitantly said that Dunn had been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Trump doubled down on Johnson’s comments, saying, “He would be dead by June,” which visibly made Johnson uncomfortable, who then revealed that the information had not been made public. The entire incident was caught on camera and is causing discomfort among people online.

Donald Trump also spoke about Susie Wiles’ cancer diagnosis

During the recent press conference in Washington DC, Donald Trump also spoke about his White House Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, who was seated right beside him. Speaking about her, Trump mentioned her “particular ailment” (without saying what it was) and said she would take care of it immediately, rather than delay it, as the success of treatment depends on early detection and intervention.

Elaborating on this, Trump expressed his belief that Wiles would recover soon and be in “good shape” shortly, adding that she had “just started” treatment.
