The architect of Epstein’s prison breaks their silence, admitting the skepticism around his death might not be misplaced

Rudy Giuliani, the individual who built the prison in which disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein died, is hinting that there might be some foul play surrounding his death. Although he doesn’t confirm anything, his lack of deniability over the matter that Epstein could have been poached from his prison cell and very well may still be alive says a lot of things without any words.

Currently, a video on the internet, especially on X (formerly Twitter), is gaining significant momentum in which conservative political commentator and YouTuber, Benny Johnson, is discussing Jeffrey Epstein in a recent episode of “The Benny Show”, which he uploaded to his socials on February 2, 2026 with Rudy Giuliani, who as previously mentioned, was responsible for building the prison in which Jeffrey Epstein breathed his last. In a rather shocking part of their ongoing discussion during the episode, Giuliani claims that since he made the prison, he was aware that it was a pretty “impossible” place to commit suicide. His exact words in this context were:

I find it highly unlikely that you could commit suicide in that prison. I know that prison. Not only did I put probably a record number of people in there…”

The video then cuts to a separate conversation regarding Jeffrey Epstein, in which Benny Johnson highlights a past development in the Epstein case, which suggests that federal agents “aggressively went after a guard in the prison” who created a “whistleblower account” in which he narrated the events of the night Jeffrey Epstein took his own life. Detailing the event, Johnson noted that the guard, based on what he saw that night, had alleged that Jeffrey Epstein was taken out of his cell and transported into a van, hinting that he was swapped and his death might staged. Johnson also elucidated on other material he found on the case, such as official documents that reveal that the feds went after the guard who revealed this information and attempted to prosecute him. Taking this into consideration, Johnson admitted that the lengths to which the feds went to go after the guard were “odd” and asked Giuliani to confirm if he was right in thinking that Epstein’s body could have been swapped.

While Rudy Giuliani did not give a straightforward explanation for this or share his insights on the matter, he did say that although it might not have been “plausible”, there is evidence that “it might have happened,” adding that one would have to do a much more “thorough investigation” to discount it.
Giuliani’s comments on the Jeffrey Epstein matter have created a new wave of controversy surrounding the case, especially as new information emerges about it. It’s only a matter of time before the people learn the whole truth.
