‘Trump is a criminal’: DOJ Deputy Chief Joseph Schnitt promises ‘every Republican’ will be redacted from the Epstein files in hidden camera footage

It is no secret that the Republicans have, in some way, manipulated the Epstein Files to ensure that Donald Trump and several of their party members’ names do not surface. While they have hinted at this in various ways, no one has explicitly stated it until now.
A video featuring DOJ Deputy Chief Joseph Schnitt, who makes some bold claims about the Epstein Files, has resurfaced online after a month, and Americans are having a field day with it. Shared on multiple social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), the clip shows Schnitt confidently admitting that Republicans were redacting the names of their party members from the Epstein Files and leaving the names of Democrats. He also discusses Jeffrey Epstein’s close aide, Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving jail time for sexual offences she committed along with him. Schnitt mentions in the video that Maxwell was moved to a “minimum-security” prison as a tactic to keep her quiet.
Many viewers who watched the clip featuring Joseph Schnitt expressed their frustration. One person on X commented on a post featuring the video:
“Trump is a criminal and he belongs in the prison.”
Another person made it very clear that they believe Trump was on the list and that he and the Republicans would go to great lengths to protect him. They wrote:
“There are Republicans and Democrats on the Epstein list. However, as Trump is on the list and in office he is fighting like crazy to keep it private. I’m sure there will be redacted versions. However, make no mistake Trump is involved in the crimes regarding Epstein.”
Several others expressed similar concerns, suggesting that some Republicans might be leveraging the current government shutdown to remove specific names, including that of Donald Trump, from the Epstein Files. This has sparked broader conversations about transparency and accountability in government actions, the two things the current administration unfortunately lacks.
