Jessica Jones Hates Iron Fist, and We Love Her For It

Recommended Videos

Feelings have been, shall we say, less than favorable about the most recent installment in the Netflix Marvelverse, Iron Fist. However, we’ll have plenty more Danny Rand to deal with on the upcoming show, The Defenders, which brings him together with Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Jessica Jones. If you’re not entirely thrilled with that, don’t worry. Neither is Jessica Jones.

We adore how the official Jessica Jones Twitter account maintains the gloriousness of her snarky voice in official promotional tweets and in interactions with fans. The fact that “she” retweeted a fan-created gif and called Danny Rand “Captain Jazz Hands” is priceless, and we hope that’s an actual name she calls him in The Defenders. (If it’s not, it should be!)

And then there’s this. Jessica would rather stand outside in the rain with a newspaper than go into his office. That’s cold, yo.

And then there was the time that Iron Fist tried to burn Jessica in his own gif, only to be scorched by both a fan and Jessica.

Dude, when will you learn. No one out-snarks Jessica Jones. No one.

See?
