Stephen Amell Would Love an Arrow/Supergirl Crossover

Recommended Videos

Why should The Flash have all the fun? Arrow‘s Stephen Amell would also love the chance to crossover with CBS’ Supergirl.

In a recent interview with IGN, Amell was asked if he would be down for a crossover with Supergirl now that it’s already being done with The Flash. He replied:

I would love to go over to Supergirl. That would be a blast, if for no other reason than I miss shooting in Los Angeles.

Well…that was a more practical answer than I might have liked, but still. He’s into it! It’s interesting to think about – not only is Supergirl on a different network from Arrow and The Flash, but the shows film in different countries (Arrow and The Flash film in Vancouver), which makes the upcoming crossover between Supergirl and The Flash all the sweeter.

To be honest, though, I’m not sure how successful a crossover between Supergirl and Arrow would be. The Flash makes sense, as both shows are similarly lighter in tone. I feel like if Kara Zor-El ended up in Star City, she’d need to spend most of her time cheering Ollie up or something. One thing I do know is that I think that she and Felicity would totally be besties, and she and Black Canary would make a kick-ass team-up.

What do you all think about all this crossover business? Do you think Arrow and Supergirl could be a good fit? Let’s chat about it in the comments!
