Nick Offerman has been putting on weight in preparation for a role he’s taken in a Broadway stage adaptation of Confederacy of Dunces. He appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to talk about his new weight-gain diet, and, no, there weren’t any Dr. Nick/Simpsons references. Alas.
The diet Offerman presented would probably kill a lesser mortal, but let’s not forget: this is Nick freakin’ Offerman we’re talking about here. There’s plenty of cured meats, of course, as well as plenty of cheeses and grease.
The best part, though, is when Offerman and Fallon “Lady and the Tramp” a kielbasa together.
That is a sentence I just totally typed. Yep.
