Nightmare fuel.

Au revoir, San Diego Comic-Con. The craziness is over for another year. Here’s what you missed on the final day, including but not limited to American Horror Story casting, news of a Supernatural musical episode, a depressing Age of Ultron prop pic, and CREEPY JESTER PETER JACKSON.

  • Yesterday we told you about how Daniel Radcliffe wet incognito on the show floor as Spider-Man; today it’s Peter Jackson getting his creepy jester on. He posted the picture above, plus a few more, to his Facebook page. (via Tor.com)
  • Breaking: Daniel Radcliffe unironically likes Sharknado. In this interview with Collider, he also talks about his new movie Horns, what he likes about supernatural movies, and whether he’d like to direct.
  • At Dynamite Comic’s panel for the Django Unchained-Zorro comic book (which, yes, is a thing that is happening) Quentin Tarantino confirmed that he is trekking forward with Hateful Eight, and that he’s working on an extended cut of Kill Bill that will include animated footage. Deadline has more info on the upcoming comic.

  • John Carroll Lynch has joined the cast of American Horror Story: Freak Show as a villain who will “scare the s*** out of you,” says executive producer Tim Minear. Lynch was the creepy probably-serial killer Arthur Leigh Allen in Zodiac, so I’m inclined to believe him. And Drew’s brother in The Drew Carey Show. Horror. Other cast members have revealed their names; check Variety for that.
  • Supernatural producer Jeremy Carver said the show’s 200th episode will have “musical-ish elements” and will be a “love letter to the fans.” In addition, he noted that we “can expect a very healthy [sic] of new and returning very strong, very powerful female characters this season.” And speaking of female characters on Supernatural—always a controversial subject, as there aren’t many who stick around for long–some fans are very upset about statements made by Jared Padalecki and Aisha Tyler on the subject at NerdHQ. TVLine interviews the cast of Bob’s Burgers and gets some information on season five, kicking off on October 5th.

  • Agents of SHIELD is joining the Marvel Comics canon. Writer Mark Waid describes the series as “SHIELD the TV show, the unlimited budget edition.” Part of that “unlimited budget” is an increased number of guest stars, possibly including the Vision, Hawkeye, and She-Hulk. It will debut in December. Oh, and Fitz is getting a “helper monkey.” (Comic Book Resources, via io9)

Age of Ultron, nooooooooooooo. Comic Book Movie also has a picture of what may be Ultron’s first body. (via io9)
