Things We Saw Today: Syrio Forel’s School of Dance

First lesson: Stick them with the pointy end. By djwetmouse via Dan Faust

Here’s a bit of concept art from a never-told Silver Surfer rock opera. I’m frightened for several reasons. (via Movies.com)

  • Watch the first trailer from HBO’s The Girl. Not to be confused with their Brooklyn-based drama series Girls, The Girl is the story of Alfred Hitchcock, Tippi Hedren, and the making of The Birds starring Toby Jones and Sienna Miller.

This may seem nitpicky but if you’re going to link to something, can you link to the original source?  I go to see the 12 TV show conspiracies at The Frisky only to find out that it’s really a TruTV article and have to click another set of links to get there.  It’s annoying.

It’s the same situation for that t-shirt.

Sorry for that but our policy is to link to where we found the item. I’m sure the site appreciates the credit and click if that makes you feel any better about the extra effort.

“With big names like Greg Kinnear and Katie Holmes and the minds behind 24, it couldn’t be that the show was bad.”
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The Star Trek one was great, too. “Boy, the number 47 shows up often. And 74. Ain’t that somethin’?”

We need some Star Wars-flavored teas to put in it.

    Dagobah Green
    Chewie Chai
    Mynock Mint
    Rancor Tamer
    Lemon Leia
    Bespin Blend
    Obi Wan Cranberry

Would you consider crediting the original creator where possible, though? The way it’s done currently sometimes appears to credit the site where you found it as if that were the creator, like with the Disney princess outfits in today’s post (“Neatorama has some ideas…”, when all Neatorama did was repost one of the images and link to the collection). How about “Polyvore user Sydney Emerson has some ideas… (via Neatorama)”?
